Expand HUNT to Base Chain, Bridge-to-Earn (10% Reward)
We are excited to announce plans to make HUNT available on the Base chain by bridging the Ethereum main net-based HUNT tokens to Base.
Why We Need to Bridge Tokens
Hunt Town is committed to developing a unified ecosystem for Web3 builders globally, aiming to create a vibrant Web3 economy with HUNT tokens. Essential for our success are low transaction fees and a strong builder community on Base, a prominent Web3 builder-focused Layer 2 chain. Thanks to the success of the Farcaster community, Base has emerged as a leading network for Web3 activities, offering more than just low fees.
Overall Process for Bridging HUNT to Base
The bridging of HUNT to Base involves:
Allocating 10M HUNT tokens from our business development fund (
0x842aDFAef2DE55Bb77bAeb54e57ba08862567E72) to support a sustainable ecosystem on Base.Utilize a reliable bridge solution between the Ethereum and Base networks.
Provide initial liquidity for a HUNT/ETH or HUNT/USDC pools on Uniswap V3 on the Base chain.
Please note that this bridged HUNT will NOT increase the circulating supply or total supply of HUNT tokens.
The HUNT token on the Base chain is established using Base's L2StandardBridge contracts, and the bridged token is now listed on the Optimism Superchain Token List. HUNT holders can bridge their tokens from Ethereum to Base via platforms like Superbridge. Withdrawals from Base back to Ethereum can take up to 7 days due to the challenge period.

Earn rewards for bridging HUNT to Base and supplying liquidity to the LP during the first week.
Event Period: Apr 24, 2024 - May 1, 2024, 23:59 KST.
Rewards: 5% bonus on bridged HUNT plus an additional 5% on HUNT supplied to the LP.
For example, if you bridge 10,000 HUNT to Base and supply 5,000 HUNT to the HUNT/WETH pool on Uniswap V3 (Base), you will earn 750 HUNT in bonuses (500 from bridging, 250 from LP supply).

Please note:
Maximum bonus is 10,000 HUNT per person.
Selling HUNT tokens from the Base LP pool during the event will disqualify you to prevent repeated participation.
Bonuses are paid in Base chain-based HUNT.
You must submit the form on time to qualify.
How to Bridge HUNT via Superbridge
Go to Superbridge: https://superbridge.app/base
Search for the HUNT token.
Enter the amount of HUNT to send from Ethereum main net to Base.
Confirm the transaction.
How to Supply LP on Uniswap V3
Visit the Uniswap V3 pool tab: https://app.uniswap.org/pool
Click the 'New Position' button and search for the HUNT token (contract address -
0x37f0c2915CeCC7e977183B8543Fc0864d03E064C).
Set your desired fee tier, price range, and the amount of HUNT and ETH or USDC to deposit.
Complete the process to supply LP.
Note: Providing liquidity on a DEX exposes you to the risk of impermanent loss and to the security risks associated with the counterparty, specifically the Uniswap V3 protocol.
Goals for the Bridged HUNT on Base
We aim to accomplish two main objectives with this bridged ecosystem:
Boost the utility of HUNT tokens on a blockchain network that is more cost-effective and faster than the Ethereum main net. This will allow Web3 builders in the Hunt Town guild to utilize HUNT for their projects and directly within Hunt Town.
Create an ecosystem for HUNT-bonded ERC20 and ERC1155 assets using the Mint Club protocol. This setup will support several third-party projects planning to use HUNT-backed bonding curve assets, fostering a diverse range of third-party tokens/NFTs that leverage HUNT tokens as their foundational asset in liquidity pools.

Apr - May 2024: Set up a liquidity pool on Uniswap V3 via the Base chain.
June 2024: Launch the Base HUNT-backed ecosystem.
